These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MedicalFootOrthotics.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Medical Foot Orthotics (“MFO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

MedicalFootOrthotics.com provides diagnosis-designed, made-to-order orthotic devices and related educational content. Our products are designed to support biomechanics and comfort. Results vary.

• The Site and products are not medical advice and do not create a clinician–patient relationship.
• Our content is educational and general in nature. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional.
• If you have severe, worsening, or concerning symptoms (for example, significant swelling/redness, numbness/tingling, fever, or symptoms after a new injury), seek care from a licensed clinician promptly.
• If you experience new or worsening joint pain while using orthotics, stop use and consult a clinician.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, or have permission from a parent/guardian.

A. Made-to-order
Many MFO products are manufactured on demand based on the selections and information you provide (e.g., shoe type, size, symptom side, and fit needs).

B. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing accurate order information. Incorrect sizing or selections may affect fit and comfort.

C. Clinical review / order holds
We may review order details for fit and safety considerations. If information suggests you may need a clinician evaluation or additional clarification, we may pause fulfillment and contact you.

Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and promotions are calculated at checkout (where applicable).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by an error.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method.

A. Production time
Because products may be made on demand, production time can vary. Estimated production ranges are provided on the Site when available.

B. Shipping timelines
Shipping times depend on your location and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

C. Address accuracy
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Additional fees may apply for address changes or re-shipment.

Our customer-friendly policies are designed to help you get the right fit.

A. Fit + Comfort Guarantee (if offered on the product/page)
If a device doesn’t fit or feel comfortable within the stated guarantee window, we may remake it, issue store credit, or refund according to the posted guarantee terms and any applicable exclusions.

B. Right-Condition Swap (if offered)
If you selected the wrong device, we may offer a one-time swap within the stated window after a symptom check.

C. Return window
If we offer a return window (e.g., 120 days), eligibility rules and instructions will be described in our Return Policy or on the product/page.

D. Condition of returns
Unless otherwise stated, items must be returned according to the instructions provided. If an item is damaged due to misuse, improper trimming, or abnormal wear, we may deny a return/remake.

We stand behind our products. “Warranty” covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, subject to the limits below:

• Not covered: normal wear and tear, top cover wear, damage from heat (dryer/heat gun), soaking, improper trimming, or misuse

If a product is offered as a subscription or recurring purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel (if cancellation is permitted).
Cancellation terms and deadlines will be displayed at checkout and/or in your account portal.

All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, videos, product designs, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to MFO and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish that content for business purposes (e.g., marketing), unless prohibited by law. Do not submit confidential or unlawful content.

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misrepresent identity or submit fraudulent information

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MFO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL MFO’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MFO from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
