Thank you for shopping with Medical Foot Orthotics (“MFO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on MedicalFootOrthotics.com.

1) ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Many of our orthotics are handcrafted on demand, which means your order may require production time before it ships.

Typical manufacturing turnaround: ~2–6 days (may vary depending on order volume).
Clinical review: Every order is reviewed. In rare cases, we may pause fulfillment if we need clarification (for example, fit details) or if your selections suggest you may need a clinician evaluation before proceeding.

Important: Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

2) SHIPPING RATES, OPTIONS, & CHECKOUT CALCULATIONS

Shipping rates, available services (standard/expedited where available), and any shipping discounts are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

3) DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier. Any delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates, not guarantees.

Your total delivery time typically includes:
• Production time (see Section 1), plus
• Carrier transit time (varies by location and service selected)

4) WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the countries/regions available for selection at checkout. If you don’t see your location listed, contact us and we’ll tell you what options are available.

5) ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if provided by the carrier). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the shipping email.

6) ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately. If an order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible and carrier fees may apply.

7) DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, & DAMAGED DELIVERIES

A) Shipping delays
Carrier delays (weather, peak season, customs, service disruptions) can occur and are outside our control.

B) Marked “Delivered” but not received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:
1) Check around the delivery location and with household members/neighbors
2) Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number
3) If it’s still not located, contact us within [7] days of the “Delivered” scan so we can help start a trace/claim where possible

C) Damaged items
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within [7] days of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Photos of the shipping box (all sides)
• Photos of the product and any damage

8) RETURN TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a carrier location:
• We can reship it after confirming your address (additional shipping costs may apply), OR
• We can process a refund according to our Refunds & Returns Policy (shipping charges may be deducted where applicable)

9) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

International shipments may be subject to duties, VAT, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees assessed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are generally non-refundable.

Customs inspection and processing may add delays beyond our control.
